Room8's Assembly
Congratulations to Room 8 for a fantastic assembly. Everyone tried thier best. We showed our parents night show - Hamptonella. We showed our dance moves to the songs Smile and My family. Our hosts were Mark Brieseman and Jeneesha. Jakob told everyone what we were doing. It was our first time hosting our own assembly. We sung our hearts out to the National Anthem. Some of us sent pictures to Miss Rolton and made a powerpoint. I made a powerpoint about when I went to Caterton. I got to see my cousins baby boy Bentley. My friend Priya went to swish dish and wrote about it.

Life Cycle of a Frog

In the first stage is the adult frog lays her eggs by the edge of the lake in a lumpy jelly.
2. When the eggs hatch out of their eggs they drag themselves to the water and then they are tadpoles
3.Soon the todpoles are growing tiny legs and there tails are getting smaller. This change is called a metamorphosis.
4. Now the frog is called a froglet and the tail is very short and now his arms are growing.
5. Now the froglet has grown legs and his hands. He is called a frog. He can go in water and also on land.

our inquiry this term is life cycles, first we learnt what cycle means. Cycle means things going on and on in a circle. Then we did a life cycle of a butterfly. First the butterfly lays some eggs,turns into a catipillar, eats and grows, turns into a chrysalis. Then it turns into a butterfly and it goes on and on. By Leilaniah
